This website is operated by Lighthouse Advisory Partners - FZCO, a free zone company licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority under commercial licence no. 91125 (DUL FH2497), registered at IBP-S12-100882, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. No advice

Everything on this website is general information about our firm and the services it is licensed to provide. Nothing here is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or regulatory advice, and nothing here takes account of your objectives, your circumstances or your constraints.

Any timetable, duration, fee basis or scope described on this website is indicative. The terms that bind us are the terms of the engagement letter.

5. Confidential information

Please do not send confidential or price-sensitive information, target names or transaction documents through this website or by email before a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Information sent to us before that point is not treated as confidential by virtue of having been sent, and unsolicited material may be deleted without being read.

6. Our regulatory status

Our commercial licence authorises the activities named on it and no others. It is not an authorisation to conduct regulated financial services. We are not licensed by the UAE Capital Market Authority (formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority), the Dubai Financial Services Authority or the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority, and we do not hold ourselves out as being so. 7. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care over the content of this website, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error. Content may be changed or withdrawn without notice. We do not undertake to update any statement once published.

We do not act for, and do not accept enquiries from, any person subject to applicable United Nations, United Arab Emirates, United States, United Kingdom or European Union sanctions. Every counterparty is screened before an engagement begins and again before completion.

Personal data submitted through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this website, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms were last updated on 18 September 2026. We may change them by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
